ASA’s role extends to supporting the client's Acquisition Team with feasibility schemes and site appraisals to determine the most commercially viable site. This process continues with the transferring of the project to their Property Team where ASA begins the overall tender packages and construction drawings whilst working closely with the client Logistics' Team to determine the detailed scheme content and operational requirements. These clients include Tesco, Ocado and more recently Primark.
ASA works with developers producing in the first instance a series of master planning layouts to maximise a site’s potential, whilst ensuring that the correct mix of building types for any given location provides the Client with true market requirements first time. ASA supports the developer throughout all the design stages ensuring the ideal methods of construction and choice of materials maximise the Investment. These clients include Spenhill, Gazeley and Bericote.

These clients provide an operational service for their own clients. ASA’s international experience enables us to challenge the norms and propose new ways of working. It is essential for any 3PL Client to build a facility which will provide maximum growth potential within a given building footprint, whilst also providing full flexibility to deal with a range of varying product sizes and shapes. This can involve a range of mechanisation/automated solutions and multi-level/ mezzanines all designed to maximise the cube. These clients include DHL, Kuehne & Nagel and Clipper Logistics.
